F3 DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE provides building designs to clients, builders and developers which minimise the total project costs and maximise profitability. Our site-specific designs work with the natural environment to provide comfort and functionality for the end user, in both residential and commerical projects.

F3 DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE has recently received Queensland State Government Consultant Pre-Qualification (PQC) Level 1 and are currently working towards a Certified Quality Assurance System and Level 2 PQC status.
