This residence was designed for a builder client for his growing family in a prestige canal estate at twin waters on the sunshine coast. The front elevation from the street is quite unique in comparison to the other more traditional residences in the estate. The juxtaposition of textures, building forms and materials has produced an interesting yet functional result.
